MYNE London is a new jewellery brand using ethically sourced gemstones from the Swat Valley, Pakistan.
The founders are two sisters, Fiona and Kate, who spent part of their childhood in Pakistan. Now based in the UK, memories of breathtaking mountain landscapes and the hospitality of the local people left a lasting impression on them.
This inspired them to create MYNE London, in an effort to reconnect with the local community. Through sourcing the gemstones responsibly from local mines, MYNE London partners local projects to help train and employ skilled women from rural communities in the gemstone cutting and polishing processes.
The pieces are then designed and handmade in the UK, available to buy online and in their boutique store near Sloane Square with 10% of profits donated to projects within Pakistan.
Having designed the brand, marketing materials and website, Studio AB continues to offer design and marketing support.
