Ingham Fox is an estate agency specialising in unique properties in Surrey, West Sussex and Hampshire.
Given the individual character of the properties, Ingham Fox felt they should capitalise on this by offering a more personalised approach to selling homes than their competitors.
Each property has its own bespoke logo and sales brochure. The brochures contain stunning photography (often including an exterior twilight shot) and engaging copywriting along with useful local information and detailed floor plans.
Studio AB designed the branding and marketing materials for Ingham Fox as well as the logo and brochure for each property.
